“Chronisch” - collaboration with Capsule (2012)
[NEDERLANDS] Capsule is het Antwerpse pop-ensemble dat eerder al de live soundtrack maakte bij Abattoir Fermé’s Hardboiled (2007).
Stef Lernous schreef de tekst voor het B-kantje van hun nieuwe single. Capsules nieuwe album wordt dit najaar verwacht, maar presenteerde alvast een voorsmaakje tijdens in concert in Antwerpen. Abattoir Fermé voorzag licht, visuals, vuurwerk en confetti. Veel, héél veel confetti.
[ENGLISH] Capsule is the Antwerp based pop combo responsible for the live music in our piece Hardboiled (2007). Abattoir Fermé’s artistic director Stef Lernous provided lyrics & guest vocals for the B-side to their new single. Capsule’s new album (due this fall) was showcased at a live event called “Chronisch” for which Abattoir Fermé did visuals, lighting, fireworks and confetti. Lots, LOTS of confetti.

"When I got the assignment to make a film score mix I immediately had some ideas on tracks I wanted in there (…) Another little treat in this mix is the addition of a Kreng excerpt from ‘Mythobarbital’; one of his many scores for the theatre company Abattoir Férme. I can also mention that this piece is part of an upcoming big project out later this year on Miasmah! – Erik Skodvin, Miasmah records"
